CONGRATULATIONS to the Starz Dance Company on winning multiple National Grand Championships, overall high scores, choreography awards and many special awards at the 2025 Imagine Savannah Nationals, Dupree Orlando Nationals AND the Dreammaker Orlando Nationals! In addition, SDC PROUDLY earned 2 of the coveted Victory Cups at the Imagine Savannah Nationals bringing the Starz Dance Company total to 17 Victory Cups earned in the last 5 years!

AUDITION ATTIRE: All black dance attire of your choice (leotard, half-tops, shorts, capris, leggings) with hair in a slicked back bun. NO BAGGY T-SHIRTS or cover-ups. BRING Ballet shoes and Jazz shoes. Dance socks/pirouettes are optional. You do NOT have to change into Tights/Leotard for ballet.
AUDITION CLASSES: Ages 8+ will be evaluated in 3 styles in the areas of Ballet, Jazz Tech and Contemporary! They will be split into 2 groups based on age.
AUDITION FEE:
$45 for 7/17 OR 7/26 for ages 8+ (only need to attend 1 date)
$25 for 7/26 ages 3-7 AND 8 year olds brand new to competitive dance
AUDITION RESULTS:
Audition results and invitations into the Company (if applicable) will not be distributed until AFTER all 3 auditions have been completed! All participants can expect to hear from the Studio the week of July 27.
PARENT VIEWING:
There is no parent viewing during the audition class evaluations to ensure a relaxed and focused environment for the dancers! However, parents are invited in at the end of each audition for showcase performances by all audition participants in that session!

Starz Dance Company Curriculum 2025-2026
Starz Dance Galaxy offers competitive dance training within the Starz Dance Company for ages 4-19. Dancers, including current team members, must be evaluated during one of the open auditions each summer or by appointment with the Artistic Director and invited/placed into the appropriate schedule following the evaluation.
SDC SCHEDULES AND TUITION 2025-26
Each training schedule is personalized from 4 hours (Mighty Minis) up to 12 hours (with optional add-ons) per week. This does not include rehearsal and choreography hours:

SDC SCHEDULES AND TUITION 2025-26

- 5 hours - $245 per month

- 11 hours or more/Unlimited - $390 per month
- Sibling with 5 hours or more - $170 per month
- Sibling in Mighty Minis program with 4 hours only - $145 per month
- Only middle school & high school dancers with experience are eligible for part-time.
